Step: 2. Create Ticket

After that, log in to the platform.

Go to Support -> Create ticket

You will see a new window, like below.

  1. First, select the category that your concern is relevant to.
  2. Select the server (if you don’t have then skip this.)
  3. Mention the subject clearly
  4. And in the text portion, Write your concern in detail about what you are facing and what trouble you have.
